Mr. Thomas serves as Chief Operating Officer at Triumph Capital Management, where he oversees the firm’s operations, drives growth initiatives, and leads the execution of internal protocols to support long-term scalability. Drawing on more than 15 years of leadership experience across asset management, wealth advisory, and financial services distribution, Jeff specializes in building scalable processes, integrating technology platforms, and driving organizational growth.
Prior to rejoining Triumph, Jeff held senior roles at Frontier Asset Management and Oceanview Life and Annuity, where he managed national distribution strategies, strengthened advisor relationships, and developed sales technology systems to enhance efficiency. Earlier in his career, he held multiple leadership roles at Strategic Capital, Lightstone, and BrandSource, managing large sales teams and strategic partnerships across the RIA and broker-dealer channels.
Jeff first joined Triumph in 2018 as Vice President of Business Development, where he contributed to the growth and development of initiatives that expanded the firm’s AUM, in-house turnkey asset management program, and client data systems.
